Terms of Service

By creating an account on Estancia (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. Estancia is a hotel management platform designed to help you operate your hospitality business.

You may use Estancia solely to operate a legitimate hospitality business. You are fully responsible for the accuracy of the information you input into the system, including but not limited to room rates, availability, and property details. You are also responsible for managing your guests' data securely and for paying any associated fees, including Stripe processing fees on transactions you accept through the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Estancia cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.

• No fraudulent listings, bookings, or charges.
• No spamming or unsolicited communication to guest email addresses or phone numbers.
• No reverse-engineering, scraping, or load-testing the Service without explicit written permission.
• Do not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

A valid payment method is required for paid accounts. The Service is billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities.

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time via the dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We will provide reasonable notice prior to termination unless the violation is severe or poses an immediate risk to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranty or condition, express, implied, or statutory. Estancia does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

In no event shall Estancia be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the Service. In all cases, liability is capped at the fees paid by you to Estancia in the prior 12 months.

Estancia reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Prices of all Services are subject to change upon 30 days notice from us. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the Estancia site or the Service itself.
